WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A PART-TIME DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

As a Part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) at RTC Services, your day-to-day activities will be engaging and fulfilling as you work closely with individuals to support their personal growth and well-being. Expect to empower clients through assistance with daily living skills, social interaction, and community integration. Your role will involve implementing individualized care plans, documenting progress, and fostering a positive, encouraging environment. On a typical day, you might assist clients in navigating activities, encourage participation in social events, and ensure their safety and comfort. Your expected schedule will range from 15-30 hours a week, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., allowing you the flexibility to make a meaningful impact during these hours while balancing your personal commitments.
