We're currently representing one of the premier non-profits in the Downtown Miami, FL area that is seeking Helpline Specialist Lead for their community outreach department.

The Lead Helpline Specialist is responsible for the overall supervision of the Helpline. The position works under the supervision of the Program Supervisor to ensure efficient and effective routing of calls from persons who are at risk and are seeking emergency services.
