They're currently seeking a temporary receptionist for a 3-4 week engagement, and to begin immediately.
Key job duties, among others :
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the correct person or office
- Answering and making phone calls
- Handling mail and correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Keeping office records up to date
- Performing clerical tasks like faxing, transcribing, and filing
- Providing information to visitors in person, by phone, or by email
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
