DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates essential duties in support of federally mandated service changes, including generating data, runboard reports, quality control, and asset distribution.
- Performs critical proofing of service change materials to ensure uniformity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Traffics print projects from internal teams to vendors, facilitates estimates, and coordinates scheduling and delivery.
- Serves as communications liaison between internal collaborators and vendors.
- Maintains and updates inventory reports for service change and marketing materials.
- Conducts and records visual on-vehicle audits as well as required FTA audits of both service and marketing materials.
- Requests and produces follow up orders for service change materials.
- Conducts research to identify better methods and tools and optimize processes.
- Other duties, as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a traffic coordinator, production coordinator, logistics or project coordinator in a marketing, printing, logistics or production-intensive environment.
- 2 years of experience with MS Office Suite, including creation of formulas and management of databases.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with research and analysis of job-related tools and platforms.
- Prior experience with printing industry standards and processes preferred.
- Project scheduling experience is preferred.
- Prior experience with service change processes helpful.
- Ability to use sound judgment.
