Job Title: Inpatient Case Manager – RN
Location: Morristown, NJ
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8hrs
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care throughout acute care hospitalization
- Manage all aspects of the discharge planning and transition process
- Perform utilization management and quality screenings
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- 2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in Inpatient Case Management required
- Experience in Case Management, Managed Care, and Utilization Review preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,900.00 - $3,000.00 per week
