Job Summary:
The certified sprinkler technician is primarily responsible for the installation of new sprinkler piping in new and/or existing buildings that require a new sprinkler system. Ideally, the certified sprinkler technician will work directly with the
Construction Manager, construction coordinator, and other field technicians. The certified sprinkler technician will be provided with a company vehicle, company tools, uniforms and a company cell phone. The certified sprinkler technician will take the vehicle home each night and on weekends.
Qualifications and Skills:
We have an immediate opening for a talented individual who has at least TWO Years of experience as an Ohio and/or
Kentucky certified sprinkler technician. The certified sprinkler technician must be able to work independently as well as with a team. The ability to communicate well with both field technicians and customers is required. Organization and reliability as well as efficiency and accuracy are a must. The ability to pass a drug screen is mandatory. Starting hourly pay rate is based upon knowledge and experience. Hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday thru Friday, with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
- Install, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems using hand and power tools.
- Perform pipe threading, soldering, and welding tasks, including MIG and TIG welding as necessary.
- Conduct inspections and tests on fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with ASME codes and standards.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for documentation and reporting of service activities.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
