Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide support for Annual Board Meetings, including scheduling, coordination, and preparation of materials
- Attend Annual Board meetings (Please note Annual Board Meetings are generally in the evening hours)
- Taking phone calls from homeowners, handling amenity reservations, maintaining databases, and preparing and mailing amenity devices to homeowners
- Assisting with resident mailing communications, inquiries, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure efficient office operations and a welcoming environment for team members and visitors
- Supporting special projects and initiatives as needed to contribute to the overall success
- 1 or more years of administrative experience is preferred; strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive community environment and supporting the needs of our residents
