Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, meeting/event planning, and handling telephone calls.
- Process invoices, reports, and correspondence, and maintain contracts and vendor records.
- Conduct weekly inspections for community compliance and property maintenance.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials and attend Board/Committee meetings.
- Coordinate community events and vendor bookings.
- Maintain accurate document retention and update the community website.
- Provide general support to the Community Manager and staff.
- High school diploma or GED; 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
