We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vice President of Onsite Client Services to join our dynamic leadership team. Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Client Services, the VP will oversee and mentor the Onsite Client Services team, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and overall operations of the company’s client services, upholding CMA’s mission, values, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervisory Duties:
- Hire and train direct reports in accordance with CMA policies and procedures.
- Coach and mentor On-site Association Managers and staff, holding them accountable for performance and adherence to CMA guidelines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews for direct reports.
- Provide ongoing support to Managers, facilitating problem-solving and community interface.
- Communicate company initiatives and other updates to ensure alignment and consistent performance.
- Provide monthly progress reports to the Senior Vice President of Client Services on staff performance.
- Retain and grow client contracts by negotiating annual increases and multi-year contract terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client Boards of Directors through strategic communication and CRM software.
- Ensure alignment with company goals, adjusting services, staff hours, or operational structures as needed.
- Formulate action plans for resolving Board concerns, maintaining client relationships, and improving client satisfaction.
- Fill open On-site Manager positions as needed and provide interim management when required.
- Onboard new On-site Association Managers, ensuring they align with CMA’s standards.
- Support the training and development of On-site staff and Managers.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by the Senior Vice President of Client Services.
- Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to improve systems and workflows.
- Lead the onboarding of new accounts and ensure seamless transitions to CMA management.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to provide input on pricing and proposals for new management contracts.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year university and at least 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Industry-specific experience is required, with a strong foundation in property management and client services.
