What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst (R&D) w/TS/SCI position at RTI Consulting, LLC?
RTI is seeking an R&D Financial Analyst for a funded contract with over four (4) years remaining. Great opportunity to start at the beginning of a contract. This individual must have experience· Expertise and experience in executing R&D funding. RDT&E, O&M, and PDW funding. Candidates must have a TS/SCI or above clearance and will be required to take a CI poly.
Required:
- BA/BS or MA/MS in business, management, finance, accounting, or equivalent degrees
- Greater than or equal to 15 years of work experience
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Expertise and experience in the execution of R&D funding. Knowledge of Financial
- Management Regulations, the FAR, DFARS and internal CUSTOMER policies and procedures for executing RDT&E, O&M, and PDW funding.
- Experience sending MIPRs, CUSTOMER AF-9s or DoD Purchase Requests (PRs), and or 7600s for the execution of funding.
- Experience drafting or reviewing execution documentation, including but not limited to IGCEs, SOWs, D&Fs, etc.
