We are looking for Retail Associates to join our team full-time. We’ve built our business providing customers with a high energy, educational, and positive experience. Bring your enthusiasm and passion to work and we’ll train you on the rest!
What You’ll Be Doing Everyday…
- Greeting and providing excellent service to customers for a positive shopping experience
- Understanding customer needs to recommend, select, and provide the right merchandise
- Describe product features, benefits, and demonstrate use and operation of products
- Process customer transactions in cash and credit: count money, sort charge slips, balance cash drawer.
- Stay current with new store sales prices and promotions
- Arrange and display merchandise appropriately on shelves; maintain a clean and organized display area
- Perform other general duties as needed
What You’ll Need…
- Must be 18 years of age
- Open scheduling availability
- Customer service experience, retail preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills both written and verbal, Fluent in English
- Ability to prioritize and organize work related tasks and special projects
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally climb or balance, or stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Use systems and computers.
