What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant (Onsite) position at RTP COMPANY?
This position is responsible for the accounting tasks related to the efficient processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the month end close process and reporting for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Work Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:
- Set up supplier invoices for payment - ensure approvals and paperwork are in place.
- Sales and Use tax administration.
- Coordinate new customer setup and credit review.
- Collection and/or resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Support monthly close process for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with daily cash management process.
- Manage daily supplier payment process.
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable report generation.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent.
