What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assistant Lead position at RTP COMPANY?
The Assistant Lead acts as a backup in the absence of the Production Lead. In addition, the Assistant Lead performs duties related to general production including the set up and operation of equipment which blends/mixes/packages/transports dry or liquid materials that comprise customer products. The Assistant Lead must emphasize the important of meeting or exceeding customer requirements by remaining committed to the delivery of on-time, defect free products.
Work Schedule: Sunday - Monday 11:00pm - 7:00am
Responsibilities
- Reports to the Production Lead and follows similar responsibilities in his or her absence
- When not filling in for the Production Lead, this position preforms the responsibilities of a General Laborer
- Other duties as assigned
