Saint Croix is seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our Birmingham, MI team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will play an integral role in driving store sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized solutions will be crucial in achieving sales goals and fostering customer loyalty.
You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them with product selection, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Part-time: 20-25 hours per week. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.
Base Pay plus Commission
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opening and closing duties.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers in selecting clothing and accessories that complement their personal style.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, offering personalized service to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Saint Croix products and assist customers in understanding the craftsmanship and quality behind each item.
- Ensure a visually appealing store presentation, keeping displays and inventory organized and in excellent condition.
- Support sales goals by consistently meeting or exceeding individual and store targets.
- Manage each sales process from beginning to end with professionalism and care.
- Continuous communication with the Store Manager and Associates to ensure consistent customer service
- Handle cash, check, and credit card payments
- Complete all tasks given in a timely and efficient manner.
- Light cleaning
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned or apparent.
