What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard and set up new business accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Assist in the implementation of new business while supporting existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Ensure timely and effective solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
- Communicate client status updates clearly and proactively.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate on strategic sales planning, competitive analysis, and market positioning.
- Participate in product marketing initiatives, including sales presentations and new business development.
- Stay informed on industry trends and refine sales approaches accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.
