Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant role is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to launch their career in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment. In this position, you'll support our customers and internal teams with scheduling, customer service, and administrative duties. You’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide basic support via phone, email, and online portals.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Help manage customer accounts and ensure accurate information is maintained.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve straightforward support issues.
- Redirect customers to specialized teams for advanced support as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain electronic records and manage client databases.
- Support various office tasks like filing, photocopying, and handling deliveries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency in office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
