Hours: 3:30P to 2:30A
Supervise and coordinate work activities of a team of warehouse workers. Identify and resolve loading, delivery and scheduling problems. Organize, plan and implement warehouse solutions.

- Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising, rewarding, developing, and succession planning. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Schedule and direct the work activity for a group of warehouse workers. Organize, plan and implement warehouse solutions for assigned customers that utilize the best cost option to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve loading, delivery and scheduling problems through timely communication with customers, warehouse employees, vendors and other Ruan locations.
