Job Overview
Ruan is hiring drivers with Class A CDL licenses for our flex fleet. Our flex drivers never have to worry about not having enough work available, as we'll send them to locations that require extra coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various customers and operations across the United States
- Operate different types of equipment based on customer needs
- Mix of no-touch freight, driver assist, unloading, and tarping tasks
Compensation and Benefits
Earn $43 per hour
Guaranteed 50-hour workweek

Schedule and Requirements
Required to be out for 5 weeks at a time with 1 week off
Schedules and start times vary depending on location
Qualifications
- Must be at least 22 years old
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
