Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a welcoming atmosphere in the establishment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safe alcohol service practices.
- Experience in food service or retail math for managing transactions
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
