Position Overview
Rubber Supply Company is an industrial wholesale distributor of replacement parts for construction / agricultural / and specialty machinery including compact track loaders, skid steers, mini excavators and more. Products include Rubber Tracks, Undercarriage Components, and Solid Skid Steer Tires.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills in a supportive environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible inside sales activities and minimal in-person engagement, including prospecting, client relationship building, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to identify / uncover needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Generate leads and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Provide product or service information to clients and address inquiries to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and ensure satisfaction with products / services.
