Production Associate/ Pt. Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate / Pt Maintenance to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to perform field service tasks as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on products using precision measuring instruments.
• Assist in providing on-the-job training for employees
• Participate in technical sales discussions, providing insights on product features and benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and co-workers continuously to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or related field is preferred.
• Must have strong trouble shooting skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to technical sales and field service operations.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects as required for the job.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
