Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and retaining client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Duties
- Client Relationship & Retention: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing policy reviews, resolving inquiries, supporting onboarding, managing renewals, and ensuring timely premium payments to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Sales, Prospecting & Proposals: Identify new business opportunities through outreach and networking, assess client needs, and deliver tailored insurance proposals by preparing quotes and marketing accounts to carriers.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Conduct policy audits to ensure compliance and assist clients at risk of policy cancellation.
- Payment Processing & Collections: Handle accurate and timely payment processing and collections for policyholders.
- Industry Knowledge & Development: Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and products to enhance service quality and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1–2 years of recent customer service and insurance experience preferred, with a background in sales, outbound marketing, lead generation, and meeting performance targets.
- Licensing: Property & Casualty license required; Life, Health, and Disability licenses highly preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and AMS systems, especially Hawksoft, is preferred.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse client profiles.
- Organizational & Analytical Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Requirements: Must pass a background check. Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.
