Job Summary

The Junior Salesforce Administrator plays a vital role and works under the supervision of the Legal Systems Director. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual that will assist in improving and enhancing our Salesforce platform, gather requirements and feedback, and design best practice solutions. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will also handle user management functions such as support tickets, training, and designing solutions.

The Junior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions. This candidate must possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • Complete user support tickets.
  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Monitor user adoption.
  • User training and creating training materials.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Salesforce product knowledge and minimum one-year hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • A desire to implement best practice solutions
  • Available and responsive to questions
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
  • Training users and creating training materials
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.

Salary : $70,000
