Responsibilities
- Provide media relations counsel to account team members and clients
- Strategize and execute media relations portion of programs
- Ability to interpret client needs into actionable, achievable media programs
- Strong knowledge of traditional as well as “out of the box” marketing tactics
- Be creative and strategic in the development of programs designed to garner media attention
- Continue to build relationships with journalists and press contacts on behalf of the
- agency, not necessarily tied to specific campaigns
- Liaising with account teams and clients to provide project updates in a timely manner
- 6 years of PR agency experience
- Strong media contacts and excellent writing skills
- Proven ability to create media plans from concept and follow through to placement
- Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional communications programs and delivering on set targets
