Job Description
Project Oversight: Monitor on site construction activities to ensure they align with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Communication: Act as the liaison between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to facilitate smooth operations.
Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the work schedules of various trades and teams to ensure timely project completion.
Quality Control: Inspect work on-site to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications; address any issues or discrepancies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential issues or conflicts on-site promptly to minimize disruptions and delays.
Resource Management: Oversee the delivery and storage of materials and equipment onsite, ensuring they are available and in good condition for use.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to project managers on progress, challenges, and milestones.
Training and Supervision: Assist in training field staff and ensuring that all workers are performing their tasks correctly and efficiently.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE
This position is 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday in office. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k and 1 week (first year) paid vacation annually. Salary 75k-80k DOE

- 2 years experience in commercial construction
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
