RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Oversight : Monitor on site construction activities to ensure they align with project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Communication :  Act as the liaison between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to facilitate smooth operations.

Scheduling : Coordinate and manage the work schedules of various trades and teams to ensure timely project completion.

Quality Control :  Inspect work on-site to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications; address any issues or discrepancies.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.

Problem-Solving : Identify and address potential issues or conflicts on-site promptly to minimize disruptions and delays.

Resource Management :  Oversee the delivery and storage of materials and equipment onsite, ensuring they are available and in good condition for use.

Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports to project managers on progress, challenges, and milestones.

Training and Supervision :  Assist in training field staff and ensuring that all workers are performing their tasks correctly and efficiently.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE

  • 2 years experience in commercial construction
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

BENEFITS

This position is 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday in office. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k and 1 week (first year) paid vacation annually. Salary 75k-80k DOE
