Location:  Northeast: NYC, New England, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, business-savvy, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role involves identifying new customers and assisting in sales forecasting.
 
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and managing key accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the tiling tools market.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and provide regular reports to management.
  • Performing product knowledge training to distributors and end users with a hands-on approach.
  • Implement promotions at the point of sale and merchandise the product to improve its visibility
  • Create Product content videos for our social media Platform.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in identifying new customers and developing new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%.
