Painter Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Painter who shares our commitment to excellence and teamwork. Most of our projects involve interior painting and applying industrial coatings to a variety of properties.
In this role, you’ll handle all aspects of painting, from prep work to applying high-quality finishes. You’ll also assist with tasks like patching holes, hanging drywall, sanding, and setting up scaffolding. Experience with professional sandblasting or paint spraying equipment is a plus.
Painter Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and patching walls.
- Apply paint, stains, and other coatings to drywall and other surfaces.
- Mix and match paint colors as needed.
- Set up and take down scaffolding or ladders for larger projects.
- Assist with hanging and finishing drywall.
- Clean and maintain tools, including spray nozzles, brushes, and other equipment.
Painter Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred).
- Previous commercial or industrial painting experience ( required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift, climb, and stand for long periods.
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
