Rubin and Rudman LLP, a mid-size, Boston-based law firm, is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an associate to join our insurance coverage practice. The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of experience in insurance coverage analysis and related litigation, a strong academic background, and superb communication and writing skills. Membership in the MA and related federal Bars is required. Memberships in the Bars of other New England states, and / or NY Bar, along with related federal Bars, would be a plus.
Candidates should be experienced in insurance policy review and analysis, legal research, opinion writing, discovery, third-party discovery and brief writing. The ideal candidate will have prior experience at a regional or national law firm or a well-regarded local firm.

Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of insurance coverage experience;
- J.D. degree and membership in good standing with the Massachusetts and related federal Bars;
- Excellent writing, interpersonal and analytical skills are required;
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and manage matters independently and proactively.
