Remote - Boston, MA

Regional collection law firm seeks experienced MA attorney with 2-5 years of District Court trial experience. The attorney will attend regular court appearances for conferences and motions as well as work both independently and collaboratively on litigated matters.

Position Summary :

• Daily court appearances both in-person and virtual for conferences, motions and other matters on the courts’ calendars.
• Responsible for managing a caseload and assignments of litigated and non-litigated claims.
• Develop and implement litigation strategy, review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands-on drafting related to the firm’s practice.
• Work directly with firm senior management and firm clients to lead matters to positive resolution.
• Partner with firm paralegal and support staff in producing and responding to legal demands.

Requirements :

Preferred : Previous litigation or creditor's rights experience is preferred but not required; additional bar admissions (NY or NJ or CT) a plus.
