As the Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to both our advisors and clients. This role is perfect for someone who excels at multitasking, has strong communication skills, strong organizational skills, and enjoys being a key contributor to a close-knit team.
- Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate team events.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and organize financial documents, reports, and presentations.
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Maintain client records and ensure our CRM system is up-to-date and accurate.
- Operational Support: Assist with client documentation and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with advisors and team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintaining Office Supplies
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Suite(Google Docs, Spreadsheet).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Wealthbox, Redtail) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexible schedule for remote work.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
