What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Sales Associate position at Rubio's Coastal Grill?
We are looking for experienced Cashiers to join our Rubio’s Team!

Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Redeem coupons and process returns
- Maintain clean and tidy dining room areas
- Keep FOH maintained and stock shelves
- Upsell products and services
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales position
- Basic POS knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
