- Provision and manage access to software lab environments for Rubrik’s SE organization globally.
- Handle user access requests, ensuring proper permissions and adherence to security policies.
- Monitor and maintain lab infrastructure to ensure optimal availability and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve access or environment-related issues promptly.
- Assist in documenting processes and enhancing automation for lab access provisioning.
- Support continuous improvements to lab infrastructure and related tools.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for managing requests.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell scripting).
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Prior experience supporting a Sales Engineering or similar technical team.
