About the Role

As a Senior Manager for Product Growth, you will lead the development and execution of monetization strategies across Rubrik’s fastest-growing product lines. We expect you to work closely with product, finance and go-to-market teams to develop pricing models and licensing structures that maximize the growth of the business, and engage with engineering and operations teams to quickly bring new products to market. In addition, you will identify and track the key performance metrics to assess the success of the business to drive profitable growth for the organization. Rubrik’s monetization team sits within product management and reports into Anneka Gupta, Chief Product Officer of Rubrik.

Responsibilities include :

  • Drive business model strategy for the Cloud business
  • Design, enable, execute, and measure monetization efforts for new product launches and go to market plans.
  • Enable speed to market by leading the operational execution and implementation of cross functional monetization decisions.
  • Improve go-to-market effectiveness by identifying key success metrics and addressing revenue and margin leakage opportunities

You are skilled at financial modeling and have a keen interest in business strategy at a high-growth software company. You excel at distilling complexity into clear-cut, concise strategy, and are comfortable communicating this in written and visual form. You’re scrappy, get stuff done, and have a strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications include :

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent. MBA strongly preferred
  • 5 years of experience in developing product or pricing strategy, operationalizing product initiatives or building sophisticated financial models in FP&A roles
  • Strong analytical skills, including translating financial models into executive-facing content.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

    The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
