Salary
We offer a guaranteed base pay of $100 per hour for this Saturday-only opportunity. Full-time providers are eligible to participate in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans, paid by the company. 401(k) Retirement Plan is also available.
Job Description
You will provide dental services to patients with the support of your team. You will be responsible for delivering dental services, participating in community outreach, and contributing to a positive patient experience. Our patient base primarily consists of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult population depending on the location. Office flow includes an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, and a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults are essential.
