Position Summary:

Responsible for transporting hotel guests safely and effectively between hotel and designated location, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service, timely pick-ups and drop-offs, and maintaining a clean vehicle.

Essential Functions:

• Provide safe and comfortable transportation for guests to and from designated locations.
• Ensure timely and efficient pick-up and drop-off services, adhering to schedule & routes.
• Follow and obey all laws and regulations while driving company vehicles including passenger numbers.
• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting w/ luggage and addressing any special requirements.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of local routes & destinations/attractions to ensure efficient and accurate transportation.
• Communicate effectively with guests and hotel staff.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during shuttle runds in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of shuttle runs, including passenger count and any incidents.
• Inspecting a preparation the vehicle before each trip.
• Fueling and cleaning the shuttle.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Keep work area/vehicles neat and organized.
• Conduct self in a professional manner at all times.
• Maintain a safe working environment and immediately report all unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a good working relationship with all departments.
• Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the property Employee Handbook.
• Assist with additional job duties throughout the hotel in between shuttle runs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Possession of government required licenses or certificates.
• Basic math skills and prior cash handling experience.

Ability to:

• Handle many tasks at one time and work well under pressure.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Work as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively.
• Receive and follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Work any day of the week and any hour.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.66 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Home daily
• Weekends as needed
