Job Outline:
Dependable, Responsible, Operational Minded
a. Leads. Manages, and Hires candidates who possess traits that align with our goals and mission and will work well within the team and coaches management to do the same.
b. Ensures management stays proactive on staffing so operations run smooth.
c. Oversees Managers to Create Schedules that meet the needs of guests and staff to strengthen operations
d. Ensure all shifts are covered without creating overtime or stressors on teams.
Good interpersonal skills, Trustworthy
e. Knows how to interact with guests and team in a positive, welcoming, friendly manner. Creates a positive culture for others within the store.
f. Behaves positively during interactions with teams and shows them respect. This creates an overall upbeat environment.

k. Setting clear expectations by utilizing the training materials and the 4-step training method.

m. Follows up to make sure company standards and procedures are met. Often this will be done by evaluating conditions in store left be previous shift and reviewing checklists.
