About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar area and through the service bar
* Prepare all beverages according to recipes, standards, and procedures
* Provide food service to guests choosing to dine in the bar area
* Meet or exceed sales performance objectives
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preferred
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
