Beverage Server/Barback
At Ruby Tuesday, we are seeking a skilled and attentive Beverage Server/Barback to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and responsibly serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar area and through the service bar;
- Prepare all beverages according to recipes, standards, and procedures;
- Provide food service to guests choosing to dine in the bar area;
- Be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales performance objectives;
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times;
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience;
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- TIA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
