Dishware Cleaning Responsibilities
As a Dishware Attendant at Ruby Tuesday, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels. This includes setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area to ensure safety and sanitation requirements are met.
Dishroom Operations
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
- Bag and haul dish room trash.
