About the Role
The Server is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting sales growth through suggestive selling.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the CHARM service model to ensure prompt and friendly service to all guests.
- Develop strong knowledge of our menu to make recommendations and suggestively sell to guests.
- Accurately record and input orders into the MICROS system in a timely manner.
- Deliver food to guests and check back with them regularly to provide refills and pre-bus stations.
