About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area according to safety and sanitation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Set up and maintain the dish machine area in accordance with company procedures.
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
- Bag and haul dish room trash.
Requirements
