We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels;
- Set-up, maintain, and break-down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements;
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware;
- Bag and haul dish room trash;
**What You'll Need:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods;
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system (training provided).
