Ruby Tuesday is seeking a skilled Kitchen Staff Member to join our team as a Cleaning and Sanitation Specialist. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchens.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels;
- Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements;
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware;
- Bag and haul dish room trash.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This role requires a high level of physical activity and the ability to lift heavy objects.
