Mixology Expert - Ruby Tuesday

Job Summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving beverages according to our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar area and through the service bar


• Prepare all beverages according to recipes, standards, and procedures


• Provide food service to guests choosing to dine in the bar area


• Meet or exceed sales performance objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist is preferred.
