- Provide prompt and friendly service to all guests following the CHARM service model.
- Learns the menu to explain offerings, make recommendations, and suggestively sell to guests.
- Ensures orders are accurately recorded and input into the MICROS system in a timely manner.
- Delivers food to guests.
- Checks back with guests to provide refills and pre-bus stations.
