Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests by following the CHARM service model.
Key responsibilities include learning the menu to explain offerings, making recommendations, and suggestive selling to Guests.
Accurate order recording and timely input into the MICROS system are also essential duties of the position.
Frequent delivery of food to guests, checking back with guests, and providing refills and pre-bus stations are crucial aspects of this role.
