We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team at Ruby Tuesday.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests, following the CHARM service model.
- Learn the menu to explain offerings, make recommendations, and suggestively sell to Guests.
- Ensure orders are accurately recorded and input into the MICROS in a timely manner.
- Deliver food to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Check back with guests to provide refills and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience as a Server or in a related role is preferred but not required.
