Key Responsibilities
- Providing prompt and friendly service to all guests following the CHARM service model
- Learning the menu to explain offerings, make recommendations, and suggestively sell to Guests
- Ensuring orders are accurately recorded and input into the MICROS in a timely manner
- Delivering food to guests
- Checking back with guests, providing refills, and pre-bussing tables
