Ruby Tuesday seeks Servers to provide exceptional food and beverage service following our CHARM model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the menu to make recommendations and suggestively sell to guests.
- Accurately record orders and input them into the MICROS system in a timely manner.
- Deliver food to guests in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Check back with guests to provide refills and prebus stations as needed.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
